What rental periods do you offer?
Daily, weekly, monthly and long-term: a one-day deposition setup, a multi-week trial or an extended war room for ongoing litigation.
What can a war room setup include?
Anything from one copier to a full war room: copiers, printers, laptops, monitors and docking stations, turnkey setups with AV, multi-screen displays and secure networks, plus on-site technicians and network support.
When can we reach support?
Phone support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. On-site service is included during business hours, with after-hours and weekend visits by request.
Are toner, paper and supplies included?
Yes, with every copier and printer rental. Backup supplies arrive with every delivery, and we resupply on a schedule or on call during long trials.
How do you protect confidential data?
Every copier is data-wiped at the end of the rental. Hard drive surrender or secure removal is available with chain-of-custody documentation, and shredding comes with a Certificate of Destruction.
Where do you deliver?
Every state, including Hawaii and Alaska. Frequent venues include the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, Delaware, New Jersey, the Northern District of California, Washington, DC and St. Louis. For multi-venue matters we coordinate staggered deliveries.
Is everything on one invoice?
Yes. Copiers, printers, shredding, workstations and internet come from one call and one invoice.
What happens when the trial ends?
We pick everything up, data-wipe every copier, and provide hard drive surrender or a Certificate of Destruction if your firm requires it.
