What we collect

When you request a quote or book a consultation, we collect what you enter: your name, firm, work email, phone, trial location and dates, and equipment needs. We use it only to respond and provide our services.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Ads and LinkedIn), so we can see how visitors find and use the site and which ads lead to quote requests. These tools may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Spam protection

The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Turnstile looks at basic browser signals and does not use cookies for advertising. Quote requests are emailed to us and not stored on this website.

Error reports

If a page on this site shows an error or a link is broken, the site sends a short technical report (the error, the page address and the browser type, never anything you type) to our web developer, TechKing LLC, so it can be fixed. These reports are kept for up to 2 years.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us deliver equipment and run this website, or when the law requires it.
